• Coordinating data from over 30 vendors to construct a comprehensive federated model for the Lithium Refinery project, ensuring seamless integration of design elements. 

• Spearheading Material Take-Off (MTO) generation to streamline procurement processes and guarantee accurate material allocation, bolstering project cost-effectiveness. 

• Leveraging advanced 4D simulation techniques to visualize construction sequencing, optimize scheduling, and drive enhanced project efficiency.

• Assisted VDC Manager in developing project-specific VDC strategies, scope, and plan in addition to standard processes in the Design / Preconstruction and Construction phases on multiple simultaneous projects using Plannerly.

• Automated the model elements modification and equipment clearances using dynamo scripting.

• Prepared, maintained, and resolved clash reports in Navisworks and Autodesk construction cloud Model Coordination for multiple projects.

• Performed Constructability reviews using Navisworks and produced a 100% clash-free BIM model.

• Oversee that the design is performed in accordance with Approved Manuals and Building Codes.

• Perform Design Change Request Estimating and assist the Project Manager in change order negotiations.

• Weekly Client Program Meetings and traveled internationally for project coordination meetings with client Nippon Koei for design reviews.

Client: Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation                                                                                                             Project Cost: $2.1 billion

• Reported directly to the Project Manager, Supervising the on-site trade partners and project engineers from start to finish daily.

• Trades Managed: Interior cladding, Interior block wall Partitions, Flooring, Systems & Telecommunication rooms, RCP, Tunnel brackets installation, and MEP for the overall station.

• Provide technical support to Project Managers related to finishing items, while developing and maintaining Project Cost/Change Controls and budgets for Architectural finishes.

• Interacted with state/ local agencies concerning compliance with codes and coordinated fire drawings approvals.
